How and where do I return an order?
You may return your order using any traceable method of delivery, such as, UPS, FED EX, USPS, DHL etc. to the following address: Return your order to:

How long before my credit card is credited after returning an order?
Once we receive and process your return, it generally takes 24 to 72 hours to see the credit on your card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I return an order to a store location?
Yes, any of our Denali or Trailblazer retail locations can process your return. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with original tags and packaging and with the packing list sent with your order. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I use a Denali or Trailblazer gift card online?
Unfortunately, Denali and Trailblazer gift cards aren't redeemable online at this time. If you are looking to redeem a gift card online, please contact our customer service department at 866.451.3795 Ext. 1 between 7am and 3pm EST. Balance inquiries can be obtained here.

How do I contact customer service?
You can contact customer service by preferably by email at service@denalioutdoor.com or call at 866.451.3795 Ext. 1. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm EST. If we can not take your call, leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I haven't received any shipping notification?
Orders that are place after 2pm EST won't receive a tracking number until the following day. If you haven't received a tracking number within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder in your email inbox. Order notifications come from service@denalioutdoor.com.
